CALL TO ORDER: MayorlPresident Lewis called the Joint Special Meeting to
order at 7:28 p.m.
ROLL CALL: The following Members were present:

Absent: None.
Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Mayor Pro TemNice President Finnila, the
CouncillBoard affirmed the action of the Consent Calendar,
Item #I4 as follows:
Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard. AYES: NOES: None.
14. AB #17,703 -AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR GROUNDS, LANDSCAPE
AND PARK MAINTENANCE SERVICES.
Council adopted RESOLUTION NO. 2004-228, accepting the bid proposal
and awarding a contract to New Way Landscape & Tree Services for
grounds, landscape and park maintenance services; and
The Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1217, accepting the bid proposal
and awarding a contract to New Way Landscape & Tree Services for
grounds, landscape and park maintenance services.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Joint Special Meeting of July 6, 2004 was adjourned at
7:29 p.m.
