CALL TO ORDER: MayodPresident Lewis called the Joint Special Meeting to
order at 7:20 p.m.
ROLL CALL: The following Members were present:

Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Mayor Pro TemNice President Finnila,
CounciI/Board affirmed the action of the Consent Calendar,
Item #IO as follows:
AYES:
NOES: None.
Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Council/Board waived the reading of the text of all Ordinances and
Resolutions at this Meeting.
1O.AB #17,825 -ACCEPTANCE OF POINSETTIA LANE REACH “C” AND
DOMESTIC AND RECYCLED WATER TRANSMISSION MAINS, PROJECT
NOS. 3673, 3585 & 3675.
Council adopted City Council RESOLUTION NO. 2004-319, accepting the
construction of Poinsettia Lane Reach “C” and Domestic and Recycled
Water Transmission Mains, Projects Nos. 3673, 3585 & 3675, as
complete, and directing the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion
and release bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances;
and
The Board adopted Municipal Water District RESOLUTION NO. 1227,
accepting the construction of Poinsettia Lane Reach “C” and Domestic
and Recycled Water Transmission Mains, Projects Nos. 3673, 3585 &
3675, as complete, and directing the City Clerk to record the Notice of
Completion and release bonds in accordance with State Law and City
