CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Assistant City Clerk, as follows:
Present:
Absent: None.
Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall, Packard.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:l 5 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8 - To discuss the lease of real property
and instruct the City’s negotiators (Sandra Holder, Community Development Director,
Debbie Fountain, Housing & Redevelopment Director, and Cynthia Haas, Economic
Development Manager) regarding both price and terms of payment regarding the
following:

The Council reconvened at 556 p.m. with all members present. Mayor Lewis

By proper motion, the Special Meeting of November 16, 2004, was adjourned at 557
p.m.
