CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 4:Ol p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present:
Absent: None.
Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall, Packard.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:Ol p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a) - To discuss pending litigation
Preserve Calavera v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Case No. 04 CV 2301 BEN
The Council reconvened at 6:04 p.m. with all members present. Mayor Lewis
announced that the Council heard the information and instructed the attorney
concerning the item.
ADJOURNMENT:
By properpotion, the Special Meeting of December 7, 2004, was adjourned at 4:25 p.m.
