CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 530 p.m.
ROLL CALL: was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present:
Absent: None.
Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard.
1. PRESENTATIONS TO RETIRING EMPLOYEES
Council convened in the City Council Chambers at 530 p.m. to honor retiring City
employees. The following employees were presented proclamations and plaques by
Council in recognition of their years of service to the City of Carlsbad:
Bobbie Hoder, Senior Management Analyst - 36 years of service.
Michael Holzmiller, Planning Director - 24 years of service.
Geoff Armour, Assistant Library Director - 29 years of service.
Christine Holt, Principal Librarian - 28 years of service.
Semiramis Vendler, Library Assistant II - 23 years of service.
Carolyn Tico, Community Coordinator - 5 years of service.
Frederick Burnell, Public Works Supervisor - 32 years of service.
Douglas Duncanson, Deputy Public Works Director - 25 years of service.
Frank Mannen, Assistant City Manager - 28 years of service.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of December 14, 2004 was adjourned at 555
p.m.
