CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:Ol p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present:
Absent: None.
Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:Ol p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(b)(3)(C) To consider holding
a closed session to discuss pending litigation regarding the Carol
Pearson claim against the City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(b)(3)(C).
The Council reconvened at 551 p.m. with all members present. Mayor Lewis
announced that the Council heard the information and instructed staff and the
attorney regarding the item.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 15, 2005 was adjourned at 6:OO p.m.
