CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 501 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present:
Absent: None.
Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:Ol p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8 - To consider holding a Closed
Session to discuss the lease and to instruct its negotiators (Sandra Holder,
Community Development Director; Debbie Fountain, Housing and
Redevelopment Director, and Cythia Haas, Economic Development Manager)
regarding both price and terms of payment, pursuant to Government Code
Section 5.4956.8 on property located and generally identified as:
Property Owner: City of Carlsbad
Address: 2787 State Street

The Council reconvened at 6:OO p.m. with all members present. Mayor Lewis
announced that the Council heard the information and instructed staff and the attorney
regarding the items.

By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 22, 2005 was adjourned at 6:Ol p.m.
