CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 4:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present:
Absent: None.
Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:34 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(b)(I) To consider holding a
closed session to discuss anticipated litigation regarding the Temporary
Fire Station Number 6 Easement, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(b)( 1 ).
2. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a) To consider holding a
closed session to discuss pending litigation regarding the La Costa de
Marbella v. Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. GlC822967, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
The Council reconvened at 6:OO p.m. with all members present. Mayor Lewis
announced that the Council heard the information and instructed staff and the
attorney regarding the item.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of April 5, 2005 was adjourned at 6:Ol p.m.
