CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:OO p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Sigafoose
Absent: Packard
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 500 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a). To consider holding a closed
session to discuss pending litigation, Brenda Bunnell v. Citv of Carlsbad, et al.,
Case No. GIN038393.
The Council reconvened at 550 p.m. with five members present. Mayor Lewis
announced that the Council heard the information and instructed staff and the attorney
regarding the item.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of August 16, 2005 was adjourned at 554 p.m.
