MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
Present: Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard, Sigafoose
Absent: None
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Council waived the reading of the text of all Ordinances and Resolutions at this
Meeting.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Mayor Pro Tern Hall, the Council affirmed the
action of the Consent Calendar, Item #1 as follows:
AYES: Lewis, Hall, Kulchin, Packard and Sigafoose
NOES: None
1 AB#18.472 - RATIFICATION OF DECLARATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY.
Council adopted RESOLUTION NO. 2006-053 approving the ratification of a
Declaration of Local Emergency in the area surrounding the Agua Hedionda Creek
Channel near Cannon Road and Rancho Carlsbad Drive.

By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 7,2006, was adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
