GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8. To consider holding a dosed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to instruct its negotiators (Economic Development & real Estate Manager Cynthia Haas and recreation Director Ken Price) regarding purchase, sale, exchange or lese of real property generally identified as: Property Owner: Robertson Ranch Address: Generally located at the east side of El Camino Real between Cannon Road and Tamarack Avenue. Negotiator: Brian and/or Gary Robertson 2 GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8. To consider holding a closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to discuss the lease of real property and instruct its negotiators (Community Development Director Sandra Holder, and Economic Development & Real Estate Manager Cynthia Haas) regarding both price and terms of payment for property identified as: Property Owner: City of Carlsbad Location: 5815 El Camino Real Negotiating Parties: New Village Arts Theatre 3.
