MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: July 17, 2007
TIME OF MEETING: 5:00 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Nygaard
Absent: None
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:00 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a). To consider holding a closed session
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to discuss Bubalo v. City of Carlsbad,
et. al.. Case No. GIN039324.
The Council reconvened at 5:45 p.m. with five members present. Mayor Lewis announced that the
Council heard the information and instructed staff and the attorney regarding the item.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of July 17, 2007 was adjourned at 5:48 p.m.
