CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
December 20, 2007

City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Assistant City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Nygaard
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:31 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(bH1). To hold a closed session to discuss
threatened litigation from the City of Encinitas.
The Council reconvened at 4:49 p.m. with five members present. Mayor Lewis announced that the
Council heard the information and instructed the attorney regarding the matter.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of December 20, 2007 was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
