JOINT MEETING OF: THE CITY COUNCIL AND CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT
(Joint Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: September 16, 2008
TIME OF MEETING: 6:00 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor/President Lewis called the Joint Special Meeting to order at 8:54 p.m.
ROLL CALL: was taken by the Assistant City Clerk/Secretary, as follows:
Present: Council/Board Members Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Nygaard.
Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Mayor Pro Tern/Vice President Kulchin the Council/Board affirmed
the action of the Consent Calendar, Item No. 9 as follows:
AYES: Lewis, Kulchin, Packard and Nygaard.
NOES: Hall.
ABSENT: None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Council/Board waived the reading of the text of all Ordinances and Resolutions at this
Meeting.
9. AB #19.577 - APPROVE AGREEMENT FOR RECYCLED WATER RETROFIT PROGRAM.
Council adopted RESOLUTION NO. 2008-260. approving an agreement with the San
Diego County Water Authority for the Recycled Water Retrofit Program.
Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1337. approving an agreement with the San Diego
County Water Authority for the Recycled Water Retrofit Program.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Joint Special Meeting of September 16, 2008 was adjourned at 8:56 p.m.
