MEETING OF: Spring 2009 Citizen's Academy Graduation
(Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: April 16, 2009

PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
In attendance: Mayor Pro Tern Kulchin, Council Member Hall, Council Member Packard
and Council Member Blackburn.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
City Manager Lisa Hildabrand welcomed the students to the Spring 2009 Citizen's
Academy Graduation Ceremony.
Council Member Packard excused himself from the meeting at 5:40 p.m.
A City Council Question and Answer/Panel Discussion was held and citizens' questions
were answered by Mayor Pro Tern Kulchin and Council Members Hall and Blackburn.
Citizens Academy Completion Certificates were given to each participant by Mayor Pro
Tern Kulchin, and Council Members Hall and Blackburn.
A recess was declared at 6:24 p.m.
Mayor Pro Tern Kulchin and Council Members Hall and Blackburn excused themselves
from the meeting at 6:25 p.m.
The Academy reconvened with Academy attendees at 6:55 p.m.
Academy attendees participated in a City Council Role Play activity.
Council Assistant Marilyn Strong thanked the class for their participation in the Citizen's
Academy.
ADJOURNMENT:
The Special Meeting of April 16, 2009 was adjourned at 7:26 p.m
