MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL AND MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
(Joint Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: December 8, 2009
TIME OF MEETING: 4:00 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Hall, Conference Room 3
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor/President Lewis called the Meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Lewis, Kulchin, Hall, Packard and Blackburn.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a). To hold a closed session to discuss
pending litigation against ISOP/AIG Insurance Company et al. (San Diego Superior
Court Case No. 37-2007-00072351-CU-IC-CTL, Court of Appeals Case No. D053843).
The Council/Board reconvened at 4:33 p.m. with five members present. Mayor/President Lewis
announced that the Council/President heard the information and instructed the City Attorney and staff
on the items.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Joint Special Meeting of December 8, 2009, was adjourned at 4:38 p.m.
