MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: December 8, 2009
TIME OF MEETING: 4:00 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Conference Room 3
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 4:39 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy Clerk, as follows:
Present: Lewis, Kulchin, Hall and Packard and Blackburn.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
2. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54957. To hold a closed session to discuss and
consider the evaluation of the City Manager and the City Attorney.
The Council convened at 4:39 p.m. to evaluate the City Manager and City Attorney, who left the
room. Mayor Lewis announced that Council heard the information and instructed staff on the
matter.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of December 8, 2009 was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
