SPECIAL MEEriNG: CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP

The Mayor Hall called the meeting to order on November 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Present: Hall, Kulchin,
Packard, Blackburn and Douglas.
1. REGIONAL REPORTS:
Mayor Pro-Tem Kulchin reported on the recent groundbreaking ceremony at the Army & Navy Academy
and the Veteran's Day Celebration.
ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION;
The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 11:05 a.m. The Council returned, and Mayor Hall
reconvened the meeting at 11:25 with five members present.
PUBUC COMMENT:
None.
ADJOURNMENT TO SPECIAL MEETING OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT BOARD:
Mayor Hall adjourned to the Special Meeting ofthe Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board at 11:29.
RECONVENE CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP:
Mayor Hall reconvened the City Council Workshop at 1:25 p.m., with five members present.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the City Council Workshop of November 13, 2012 was adjourned at 1:26 p.m.
