CALL TO ORDER: Mayor/President Hall called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Senior Deputy Clerk/Senior Deputy Secretary, as follows:
Present: Council/Board Members Hall, Packard, Wood, Blackburn and Douglas.
Absent: None.
PUBUC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEM: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council/Board adjourned into closed session at 5:17 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(b). To hold a closed session to discuss
anticipated litigation by the Leucadia Water District.
RECONVENE:
The Council/Board reconvened at 5:41 p.m. with five members present. Mayor/President Hall
announced that Council/Board met in closed session at 5:15 p.m. to discuss one item. The
Council/Board deliberated on what is in the best interests ofthe City and its citizens but took no final
action. Final action, when taken, will be reported out at a subsequent meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Joint Special Meeting of June 18, 2013 was adjourned at 5:43 p.m.
