CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Hall called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Packard and Wood.
Absent: Council Member Blackburn.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:03 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONSIDER CLAIM AGAINST THE CiTY OF CARLSBAD:
(Government Code Section 549S6.9(B)(3)(C))
Location: Crosswalk at Tamarack Avenue and Pio Pico
Claimant: Lordes Lopez and Andrea S. Rios Lopez, a minor
The Council reconvened at 5:20 p.m. with three members present. Mayor Hall announced that there was
no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of February 25, 2014 was adjourned at 5:22 p.m.
