CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Hall called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Packard, Wood and Blackburn.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 9:02 a.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONSIDER PUBUC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT:
(Government Code Section 54957)
Position: City Manager
The Council reconvened at 9:52 a.m. with four members present. Mayor Hall announced that there was
no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of February 28, 2014 was adjourned at 9:54 a.m.
