PUBUC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEM: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council/Board adjourned into Closed Session at 9:02 a.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONSIDER PENDING LITIGATION:
(Government Code Section 54956.9(a))
City of Carlsbad and CMWD v. Pacific Indemnity Company, 21^ Century Preferred
Insurance Co., Jefferson Insurance Co., Stonewall Insurance Co., The Dominion of
Canada General Insurance Co., First State Insurance Co., Twin City Fire Insurance
Co., Specialty National Insurance Co., and Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK).
(Case No. 37-2011-00092451-CU-IC-CTL)
RECONVENE:
The Council/Board reconvened at 9:34 a.m. with five members present.
Mayor/President Hall announced that there was no reportable action taken.
