CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONSIDER PENDING LITIGATION:

RECONVENE:
The Council reconvened at 5:25 p.m. with five members present.
Mayor Hall announced that there was no reportable action taken.
