Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:04 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION
Government Code Section 54956.9{a)
Arbitration between the City of Carlsbad and Taryn Sisco
ACTION: Reported the adoption of the recommendation of the Hearing Officer Mark
Buritein, upholding the termination of Taryn Sisco.
CONSENT CALENDAR: The items listed under Consent Calendar are considered routine and will
be enacted by one motion as listed. There will be no separate discussion on these items prior to
the vote/ unless an item is removed.
2. AB #22,109 -Approval of Resolution No. 2015-257, accepting the Opinion and
Recommendation of Hearing Officer Mark Burstein in the Administrative Hearing titled:
In the Matter of the Arbitration between City of Carlsbad and Taryn Sisco.
ACTION: Adopted Resolution No. 2015-257.
