Motion by Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn, seconded by Council Member Wood to approve minutes,
the motion carried unanimously.

Closed Session.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. AB #22,134 -Approval of Resolution No. 2015-277, approving the terms of encroachment
agreements for outdoor patio dining, architectural projections and signage at Plaza Camino
Real.
