CALL TO ORDER: 8:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL: Hall, Blackburn, Schumacher, Wood, Packard.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 8:02 a.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING PERSONNEL MATTERS
Government Code Section 54957
Discussion and evaluation of the Interim City Manager.
RECONVENE:
The Council reconvened at 8:50 a.m. with five members present.
Mayor Hall announced that there was no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of December 8, 2015 was adjourned at 8:52 a.m.
