APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn, seconded by Council Member Wood to approve minutes.
Motion carried unanimously.

ORDINANCE FOR ADOPTION: None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
11. AB #22,172 — Approval of Resolution No. 2015-312, accepting the construction of the
northwest storm drain, miscellaneous water valve replacement, pavement management,
and village decorative lighting (Grand Avenue) as complete, Project Nos. 6608, 5019, 6001
and 4016; and,
Approval of Resolution No. 1541, accepting the construction of the northwest storm drain,
miscellaneous water valve replacement, pavement management and village decorative
lighting (Grand Avenue) as complete, Project Nos. 6608, 5019, 6001 and 4016.
ACTION: Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Blackburn, seconded by Council Member Wood, to
approve Resolution Nos. 2015-312 and 1541, motion carried unanimously.
