CALL TO ORDER: 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Hall, Wood, Schumacher, Blackburn, Packard.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING SIGNIFICANT EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION
Government Code Section 54956.9(D)(2)
To discuss anticipated litigation for one potential case.
RECONVENE:
The Council reconvened at 5:38 p.m. with five members present.
Mayor Hall announced that there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of February 23, 2016 was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
