MEETING OF: CARLSBAD CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

PLACE OF MEETING: City of Carlsbad City Hall, City Hall 3 Conference Room,
1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad CA 92008
CALL TO ORDER: 4:31p.m.
ROLL CALL: Hall, Blackburn, Schumacher, Wood, Packard.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:32p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
(Government Code section 54957.6}
CITY NEGOTIATORS: Julie Clark, Human Resources Director, Reem Zaghal, Senior
Management Analyst, and Debbie Porter, Hourly Professional.
Employee Organization: CPMA
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an
agent or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the
name of the agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed
session.
RECONVENE:
The Council reconvened at 5:40 p.m. with five members present.
Mayor Hall announced that there was no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of May 3, 2016 was adjourned at 5:41 p.m.
