CALL TO ORDER: 4:00p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:01 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
(Government Code section 54957.6)
CITY NEGOTIATORS: Julie Clark, Human Resources Director, Reem Zaghal, Senior
Management Analyst, Debbie Porter, Hourly Professional and Steve Berliner,
Liebert Cassidy & Whitmore ..
Employee Organization: CPMA
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an
agent or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the
name of the agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed
session.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
To discuss pending litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a)(d)(1).

The Council reconvened at 4:54p.m. with five members present.
