CALL TO ORDER:5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL:Hall, Wood, Schumacher, Blackburn, Packard.
PUBLIC COMMENT:None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1.CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING SIGNIFICANT EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION
To discuss anticipated litigation in the case of Charles Webb v.California Department of
Parks and Recreation,US District Court,Case No.3:15-CV-02198,pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(2).
RECONVENE:
The Council reconvened at 5:10 p.m. with five members present.
The Mayor announced that there was no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of July 12, 2016 was adjourned at 5:12 p.m.
