Council adjourned into Closed Session at 12:00 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1.CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
To discuss existing litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9 (a)(d)(1).
North County Advocates v. City of Carlsbad. Case No. 37-2015-00035458-CU-WM -NC
ACTION:The Mayor announced there was no reportable action taken.
RECONVENE:
The Council reconvened at 1:05 p.m. with five members present.
ADJOURNMENT:
