City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into the Planning Library to conduct the Closed Session at 8:01 am. pursuant
to the following:
Mayor Pro Tern Blackburn recused himself from participation in discussion of the below item due
to a conflict of interest.
1.CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
To discuss existing litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a)(d)(1).
