CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:30 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding significant
exposure to litigation of one case, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2).
Council Action: No reportable action.
