City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:32 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1.CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
That the City Council,by motion,authorize a closed session regarding significant
exposure to litigation of one case, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2).
Council Action:No reportable action.
