APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: Motion by Mayor Pro Tern/Vice President Blackburn, seconded by Council/Board
Member M. Schumacher, to adopt City Council Resolution No. 2017-184 and Carlsbad Municipal
Water District Board Resolution No. 1584. Motion carried unanimously, 5/0.
13. MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENTS WITH INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING CORPORATION FOR
HORIZONTAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES-Adoption of City
Council Resolution No. 2017-184 authorizing an amendment to the Master Service
Agreement with Infrastructure Engineering Corporation for horizontal construction
management and inspection services to reduce the annual compensation from $800,000 to
$500,000, and extend by one year; and,
Adoption of Carlsbad Municipal Water District Resolution No. 1584 authorizing the execution
of a new Master Service Agreement with Infrastructure Engineering Corporation for
horizontal construction management and inspection services in an amount not to exceed
$300,000 per year. (Staff contact: Fred Gaines, Jr., Public Works)
