ROLL CALL: M. Hall, K. Blackburn, M. Schumacher, C. Schumacher, M. Packard.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:31 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS-GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54957.6
City Negotiators: Chuck McBride, Administrative Services Director; Julie Clark, Human
Resources Director; Drew Cook, Senior Management Analyst; and, Debbie Porter, Hourly
Professional.
Employee Organization: CCEA
Council Action: No reportable action.
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an
agent or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the
name of the agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed
session.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of Nov. 7, 2017 was adjourned at 5:43 p.m.
