City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:31 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
To discuss existing litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a),(d)(1).
Catherine Brazier v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2016-00044136-CU-PA-NC.
Council Action: No reportable action.
