City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
To discuss existing litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a),(d)(l).
Gabrielle Ginter v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2015-00042052-CU-PO-NC.
Council Action: No reportable action.
2. CONFERENCE REGARDING ANNUAL CONTRACT NEGOTIATION OF APPOINTED PUBLIC
EMPLOYEES
To discuss and consider annual contract negotiations of the City Manager and City
Attorney pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
