City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:00 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION
To authorize a closed session to discuss pending litigation in the matter of:
City of Carlsbad v. Ledcor Construction, Case No. 37-2016-00019850-CU-CD-CTL,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(l).
Council Action: No reportable action.
