PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
City Manager Scott Chadwick welcomed the students to the last session and graduation
ceremony of the Fall 2018 Citizens Academy and thanked them for their participation.
City Manager Scott Chadwick led a City Council question and answer discussion panel and
citizens' questions were answered by the Council Members.
Council Member Cori Schumacher left early at 5:58 p.m.
Mayor Pro Tern Keith Blackburn left early at 6:10 p.m.
City Manager Scott Chadwick, Mayor Matt Hall, Council Member Mark Packard and Council
Member Michael Schumacher presented Citizens Academy Completion Certificates to graduates.
ADJOURNMENT:
The Special Meeting of October 25, 2018 was adjourned at 6:42 p.m.
