Absent: Schumacher.

City Manager Scott Chadwick welcomed the students to the last session and graduation
ceremony of the Spring 2019 Citizens Academy and thanked them for their participation.
City Manager Scott Chadwick led a City Council question and answer discussion panel and
citizen's questions were answered by the Council Members.
Mayor Pro Tem Bhat-Patel and Council Member Blackburn departed at 6:00 p.m.
City Manager Scott Chadwick, Mayor Matt Hall and Council Member Hamilton presented Citizens
Academy Completion Certificates to graduates.
ADJOURNMENT:
The Special Meeting of April 25, 2019 was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
