City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:00 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE REGARDING EVALUATION OF APPOINTED PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding personnel matters as
follows:
To discuss and consider the performance of the City Manager and City Attorney,
to include contract negotiations pursuant to Government Code sections 54947
and 54957.6.
