CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Celia Brewer read the Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:01 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54957.6)
City Negotiators: Elaine Lu key, Chief Operations Officer; Laura Rocha, Administrative
Services Director; Judy Von Kalinowski, Human Resources Director and Debbie Porter,
Senior Management Analyst.
Employee Organization: CPMA and Unrepresented Management Employees
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an agent
or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the name of the
agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed session.
Council Action: No reportable action.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss significant exposure
to litigation of one case, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2).
Council Action: No reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of Sept. 17, 2019 was adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
