Chief Operations Officer Elaine Lu key welcomed the students to the last session and graduation
ceremony of the Fall 2019 Citizens Academy and thanked them for their participation.
Chief Operations Officer Elaine Lu key led a City Council question and answer discussion panel and
citizen's questions were answered by the Council Members.
Council Member Cori Schumacher departed at 5:49 p.m.
Mayor Matt Hall departed at 6:08 p.m.
Council Member Keith Blackburn departed at 6:08 p.m.
Chief Operations Officer Elaine Lukey and Mayor Pro Tern Priya Bhat-Patel presented Citizens
Academy Completion Certificates to graduates.
ADJOURNMENT:
The Special Meeting of October 24, 2019, was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
