Member/Council Member/Board Member Wood to approve Item No. 9, motion carried
unanimously.

This is a motion to waive the reading ofthe text of all ordinances and resolutions at this meeting.
9. AB #21,872 - Adopted Resolution Nos. 2015-050, 1519, and 68 amending Local
Conflict of Interest Codes and their designated positions and disclosure categories as
follows:
a. A Resolution ofthe CityCouncil ofthe City of Carlsbad, California, amending the Local
Conflict of Interest Code of the City of Carlsbad; and

b. A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District,

c. A Resolution of the Community Development Commission of the City of Carlsbad,
California, amending the Local Conflict of Interest Code of the Community
Development Commission; and
d. A Resolution of the Public Financing Authority of the City of Carlsbad, California,
amending the Local Conflict of Interest Code of the Carlsbad Public Financing
Authority.
