MINUTES OF MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 5, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Vice President Sheppard in the absence of
President Dominguez (Mr. Dominguez joined the group later) at 7:35 AM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Mamaux made a motion that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as submitted. Mr. Morey seconded and the motion carried with a unanimous vote. - FINANCIAL STATEMENT
It was reported that there was a balance of $18,688.27.
There were no subcommittee reports.
OLD BUSINESS
Roger Greer reported that there has been no appointment yet of a member to replace
Mr . Levinson.
Mr. Greer reported that there has been no response yet on our letter to Mr. Reeser
to produce the Bridges section of Artist in Residence.

West Hartfore, Connecticut.

Grant Applications
1. Carlsbad Network News (CBNN) - Deborah Shariff
Mr. Mamaux made a motion for approval and was seconded by Sharon Strong.
After some discussion, there was a unanimous vote. Ms. Shariff will be
sent a letter advising her.
Studio C Dance Recital - Carlsbad Boys and Girls Club
Mr. Dominguez made a motion to approve the grant and Mr. Mamaux seconded. the vote was unanimous to grant $558.

ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Dominguez made a motion to adjourn and Mr. Mamaux seconded. The vote was
unanimous and the meeting adjourned at 8:09 AM.
