SUMMARY REPORT OF ACTION ITEMS, JUNE 2, 1988
1. Two grants were submitted for the same program. Commissioners decided that
the program - Olympic Volleyball in Carlsbad - should be produced and asked the
two people requesting funding to get together and produce it. The two producers
will submit a new application incorporating both program concepts.

Foundation approved grant request to produce live coverage of Carlsbad School
3. Due to some confusion with the budget portion of the grant to produce the
State of the City Address, it was unanimously voted to approve $3,936 to cover
production costs and ask for a resubmittal of final expenses.
4. Foundation members agreed unanimously to set up a Reference Library at
Daniels Cablevision so that members could check out material that was pertinent
to decisions made by them.
5. Foundation will purchase reverse feed equipment which gives them the
capability of telecasting live programs.
6. Next meeting set for Thursday, June 03, 1988 at 5:OO PM.
