A. The Board agreed to place on the agenda for the next Carlsbad Community Television
Foundation meeting the following:
1. Discussion of the CCTV Foundation Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation
2. Discussion of CCTV funds received prior to January 1, 2008 and the
resulting future grants and possible donations from those funds.
3. Discussion of CCTV fimds received after January 1, 2008 and subsequent
plan.
