ROLL CALL :
APPROVAL OF MINUTES :
The Yinutes of the Special Meeting, held August
5, 1980, were approved as presented.
PAYMENT OF' BILLS :
, Frank Aleshire, Executive Director, informed the
Commission that the procedure for .forwarding payment of bills for .HUD operations has been
reviewed by the City Attorney and Finance Director. Mr. Aleshire indicated the necessary steps would now be taken to implement- a revised
procedure for forwarding these bills in the same manner as other City bills are presented to the City Council for ratification.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Commission
adjourned by proper motion at 7:25 P.M.
